“Relationships are the single most important thing to you and your life
It's the source of all of your best memories
It's the source of all of your worst memories
When you think back on your life
And you're 95, a hundred years old
And you look back over the course of your lifetime
You're not gonna think
I wish I owned a better phone
I wish I spent more time on the internet
I wish I spent more time at work or sleeping
It's not gonna be any of those kinds of things
It's gonna be I wish I spent more time with the people I love”

Hold onto what makes you human

The more we move into the world of technology and AI, the more important it becomes to hold onto the things that make us human. For if we lose these, then what are we? Without relationships, without connection, without love and frustration and all the emotions in between, we risk becoming as cold and clinical as the devices that now shape our days.

Date Me Darling exists as a gentle reminder to pause. To choose presence over distraction. To value the people sitting across from you, the conversations that wander, the silences that feel safe. To remember that feeling deeply is not something to be optimised or outsourced, but something to be protected.

These experiences aren’t about grand gestures or perfection. They’re about creating space to reconnect, to look up from the noise, and to spend real, uninterrupted time with the people you love. Because at the end of it all, it’s these moments of connection that stay with us. And they’re worth choosing, again and again.
